    The problem

The agency wanted to know if an outside operator could build and launch a working campaign fast. There was no enriched list for the target geography.

    What we built

A single state build in Clay, then a five step LinkedIn campaign in HeyReach: a blank connection request, a message on day 1, a nudge on day 3, an impact message, and a close. A side branch liked a post after 5 days and ended after 20. Requests withdrew at 25 days. Sending ran weekdays, 9am to 5:30pm local time, deduplicated on profile URL.

Email was switched off on purpose. This was a LinkedIn only test.

    What it produced

    • 475 rows built. 159 qualified and live, in two batches of 107 and 52.
    • 180 rows had a company profile and no findable person. 136 had no company page at all, the smallest operators. 0 rows were left unexplained.
    • About 700 credits in total.
    • Four days from table final to campaign live.

The unusable rows matter most. We classified them instead of deleting them, so the answer was a number: 159 qualified leads in that geography, fully enriched, with no further expansion available. That ceiling is what decided whether phase two was worth running.

There's no reply or meeting result on our record. The campaign ran in the agency's own sequencer, and phase two never started.

    Your scenario

If you're about to buy a bigger list for a narrow market, measure the ceiling first. Our Company Discovery List Builder on Apify builds the company list for one vertical and one geography, and the misses come back labeled. Then run the campaign from HeyReach, and if you add email later, Findymail finds the addresses for the same people. Send us the vertical and the geography and we'll tell you how we'd measure it.

Client names are always kept confidential at MMG, so they have been removed from this case study.
